We are not brokers or third party agents selling plots to you. You are buying directly from the OWNERS of this land. We can provide all the needed documentation and proof so your purchase can be secured. If you are new to buying land please give us a call we will explain to you all the intricacies in owning a land in a safe manner. When you engage with us we will also list you the types of documents needed to complete your purchase so when you sell later you will not have problems.

you in person and give more information of the property. In

| We DO NOT negotiate price over the phone or via email. We can ONLY negotiate with serious buyers after visiting the site in person or by their representative.

| We only accept CASH or DEMAND DRAFT. We do not finance or accept payments via installments. However you can avail loan from Banks for the purchase of land.

| Price is not locked unless we go under contract for purchase. Price given over the phone or email cannot be guaranteed unless a contract is signed.

| We can put you on an interest list for a particular plot in the layout. It is not guaranteed till we go under contract and register. It is first come first serve basis for each plot.

appreciation? |
| We cannot predict the future. We see the prices going up as Nanguneri SEZ progresses.

| 13. How can I SECURE my investment after purchase? |
Couple of things you need to do after buying the land which are
1. Apply for patta. Which will record your name in the system
2. Put a fence around the property.
3. Make sure you pay taxes every year and keep the tax receipt.
